Project receives funding
First project to go ahead in Newark
We are delighted to have received funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to run a pilot project in Newark.
We will be delivering a series of workshops with sixty seven children in Year 5 to help develop the children’s literacy skills and build on their vocabulary. The project will make use of sensory light and sound equipment to help the children become immersed in story environments.
The children’s stories will be performed at the end of the project by professional actors at a celebration event.
Look out for further details about this exciting pilot project.
